This afternoon in Saboba, the District chief Executive for Saboba joined Ambassador Moses Bukari Mabengban who served as Chairman for the occasion and some District Directors of Education in Northern Region at the 7th Annual Under-13 Boys Soccer Tournament hosted in Saboba.
The tournament has in participation, 13 districts. the DEC used the opportunity to advise the competing teams to take soccer as a serious activity since it has become a great sport in the world.
